It was shaky at first and yes I did have problems with the initial install. I had read some of the negative reviews and thought that I might have made a mistake. I started out being dissatisfied with the initial install to being 100% happy with the granite install in my custom basement kitchen. Every problem that I had was quickly resolved by the company. They kept coming out to my residence until I was totally happy and satisfied. Their customer support was above and beyond what I was accustomed to and they came out on numerous occasions to address the many issues that I had. I can assure you that if you chose this company and have any issues they will bend over backwards to make sure that you are totally happy and that's why I am giving them 5 stars.
