Dr. Michel Jeannot at 101 Tara Commons Drive, Loganville, Georgia.

Was Dr Jeannot's patient from the first. Used to love going here. But last few years he has changed out his office staff and some of the new staff haven't been nice or helpful. I was sent a bill of $55 and was charged a $20 fee for 2 no shows. Not true. Both times I left a message with the office staff and left a message on the voicemail. Both times I missed cause I was in the hospital. I am out of my medicines I get from him and was told by upfront staff I had to pay for my no shows and there is a bill from 2016 that didn't get paid. The 2016 bill was paid 2 years ago. I am very disappointed in Dr. Jeannot and his staff. So I was told unless I pay what I owe I couldn't get my meds refilled. Dr. Jeannot has always been compassionate and caring and always encouraged and helped me through my struggles.
